UpSellit’s award was earned based on a successful campaign executed with one of our clients. They needed help identifying underperforming traffic segments and UpSellit was up for the challenge.
We looked into their customer journey and created a personalized campaign to help collect new-to-file leads and convert more shoppers. The efficacy of the campaign provided our client with a 37.11% increase in product page conversions and a 3.42% incremental increase in conversions.
UpSellit’s Behavioral Parsing segmented shoppers in real-time to determine their campaign eligibility based on cart value and log-in status. This customized experience allowed for a seamless shopping flow.
